What if the tradesperson doesn’t do a good job?
You’re fully protected by the Hey Alfie Guarantee. If the original tradesperson can’t fix the issue, we’ll send another verified expert and cover the cost of the follow-up, up to £1,000 (incl. VAT).
Is the £1,000 Guarantee a cash payout?
No. If your claim qualifies, we’ll pay a trusted service provider directly to complete the fix, up to £1,000 including VAT. This ensures the work is done properly and without extra hassle.
