What can I use my tradesperson hours for?

Your included hours can be used for general home maintenance, emergencies and small fixes throughout the year. No restrictions.

What can I use my credits for?

For every job booking with us, you'll earn 5% of the fee back as credits to use on your next booking with Hey Alfie for any type of job.

Can I cancel if it’s not right for me?

Yes. You have 14 days to try Hey Alfie Premium. However if you book your first handyman visit and then cancel, you may still need to pay for it. See T&Cs

How does your £5,000 Guarantee work?

If your original tradesperson doesn't rectify any issues, Hey Alfie will pay up to £5,000 including VAT for a different tradesperson to complete the work to the right standard.
