How much does a handyman job cost?

It depends on the job and how long it takes. As a rough guide, a single handyman for 1 to 4 hours of repairs and small improvements can cost £200 to £400. Bigger jobs, like built-in shelving or a shed repair, cost more. You'll get an initial estimate first, then a clear quote before you commit.

Can I get several jobs done in one visit?

Yes. Add everything to your list and I'll quote it as one job. If something else comes up, I can add it to the same booking.

When can the work happen?

You'll get first quotes within 24 hours, with each tradesperson's availability. Pick the date that suits you and I'll confirm it.

How does payment work?

You'll only pay once the job's done, by secure payment link. Larger jobs however may need a deposit to book. If you need an invoice for your business or a property you let? Just ask.

What if something goes wrong?

Your job is backed by our £1,000 Hey Alfie Guarantee once payment has been made on the job (T&Cs apply). If the work isn't completed to standard, I'll arrange for it to be put right. That means either sending the tradesperson back to fix it or sending another trusted tradesperson. You're protected for 3 months after the job.
